Whether we're working with older adults, students, educators, healthcare professionals, or corporate teams, every experience is thoughtfully designed around the unique needs of the people we serve. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all classes, we create purposeful programs that combine movement, breath awareness, and Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to support physical function, nervous system regulation, and whole-person wellbeing.

Hi! I'm Ni.
Before becoming a yoga educator, I spent more than 15 years working in corporate environments, where I experienced firsthand the physical and mental effects of prolonged sitting, chronic stress, and a constantly "on" nervous system.
Yoga didn't simply become my career—it completely changed the way I understood health, recovery, and sustainable wellbeing.
Born in Bengaluru, India and raised in Los Angeles, my teaching is deeply rooted in authentic Indian yoga while thoughtfully integrating evidence-informed movement, nervous system regulation, and modern wellness education.
Today, I specialize in healthy aging, workplace wellness, Yoga Nidra (Non Sleep Deep Rest), and accessible movement programs designed for real people living real lives. My work combines advanced training in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mental Health & Wellness, and Ayurvedic principles to create experiences that are welcoming, practical, and grounded in both tradition and current evidence.
I'm probably happiest when I'm refining a class, studying movement science, reading new research, or asking myself, "How can this experience be even better?"
Because I don't believe the best yoga class is the one people remember.
I believe it's the one that quietly changes the way they move, breathe, rest, and care for themselves long after they leave.
