AgeWell™ is an evidence-informed, yoga-based healthy aging program designed to help older adults improve physical function, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing through purposeful movement, breathwork, and guided deep rest.
Incorporating the YBN Framework™, NeuroRest™, authentic Indian yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra (Non Sleep Deep Rest), each session supports healthy aging by improving movement, restoring balance, and helping participants feel more connected to their bodies.
