AgeWell™ FAQs
What is AgeWell™?
ScreenWell™ is a wellness program for today's screen-based world. Designed for teens, educators, corporate teams, and healthcare professionals, it addresses common concerns such as tech neck, poor posture, eye strain, stress, mental fatigue, and reduced movement. Each session combines authentic Indian yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques and evidence-informed strategies using NeuroRest™ & the TECH Neck Reset™ Method, to help people feel, move, and work better.
What is the YBN Framework™?
The YBN Framework™ is Yoga By Ni's guiding approach to designing evidence-informed, yoga-based wellness experiences.
Rooted in authentic Indian yoga and informed by functional movement principles, nervous system regulation, and intentional progression, the YBN Framework™ ensures each experience is thoughtfully created around the needs, goals, and abilities of the population being served.
From workplace wellness and youth programs to senior communities and curated wellness experiences, the YBN Framework™ guides how Yoga By Ni transforms traditional practices into accessible, meaningful, and practical tools for everyday life.
What is the NeuroRest™ Protocol?
The NeuroRest™ Protocol is Yoga By Ni's evidence-informed framework that combines purposeful movement, breath awareness, and Yoga Nidra (Non Sleep Deep Rest) to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
Rather than asking the body to immediately relax, the NeuroRest™ Protocol uses a progressive approach that helps participants transition from physical activity into deeper states of restoration. This process supports the body’s natural ability to shift from stress response toward relaxation, improving body awareness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and the ability to recover from daily demands.
NeuroRest™ can be integrated into programs, workshops, and wellness experiences to support stress management, resilience, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
