ScreenWell™ is an evidence-informed, yoga-based wellness program designed to help teens build lifelong skills for nervous system regulation, mind-body awareness, and healthy technology habits.
Incorporating NeuroRest™ & the T.E.C.H. Neck Reset™ method, authentic Indian yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques, each session helps students pause, reset, and reconnect—both on and off the screen.
